We only collect relevant and necessary information to enable us to complete the service we are commissioned for.

Your personal data is stored privately and safely in paper form, is only viewed by Rachana the owner of Kokoro Bakes, and is never shared with any third party. Electronic information we have for you is protected by passwords on a secure computer, which are only known to the business owner. If there is ever a breach of my online security we will make all efforts to regain the information and will notify you accordingly. 

 

Kokoro Bakes website uses Google Analytics tool to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

 

By completing the contact form you agree to Kokoro Bakes contacting you about our services only. You will only be contacted by Rachana Mehta (owner of Kokoro Bakes) personally or Virag Mehta (who looks after delivery) and in no case will your data be sold or shared with third party companies.

 

As per GDPR regulation, you have the right to request the information we hold for you. Requests must be in the form of an email to kokorobakes@gmail .com

 

You also have the right to request deletion of any information we hold about you; requests should be made to the same email address.

 

We adopt a safe and responsible Social Media Policy. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

 

We reserve the right to photograph your cake before delivery or at the venue for our own reference and updating the website and social media.

 

If you decide to place an order with Kokoro Bakes, we will take payment of a deposit as your acceptance of our privacy policy.
